I'M REVÉ

I got the compliment a couple of times that people experience me as a real human being. Or, that i live. That I am alive. I'm also a mother, performer, a healer, adventurer, dj , modern sjaman, and business owner. There are so many colors in different characters i've experienced on stage. I think i'm the performer I am, because I can understand that life has so many different colours to experience aswell. One not better then the other, just all different. It makes us truly rich if we can embrace all different emotions that want to run through us, in our existence on this planet. This is what a share with my Energy Systema creations, to fully embrace the living colors our soul wants to shine out through what we say, what we do, how we move and what we create here on this beautiful earth.

MY STORY

I went to the jungle, 5 months pregnant, to give birth to my babygirl who has a native american papa. I left everything behind in holland. Left a supernice appartment, i went with almost no money, as I couldnt work the first months of my pregnancy due to very severe nouscia. I went with all my heart, with the dream to live a life with the three of us in the jungle.

Once I set pregnant feet in surinam and saw my baby’s father again, i immediately had the feeling something was off. Like he was not present, just very worried about something and totally did not share any joy in me being their to build a life with him.

A couple of weeks and months later I found out another woman was pregnant with him aswell and that he had been seeing her every now and then, while I was in the country and pregnant.

A more than gigantic shock for me, as i went with all my heart and soul. I had the most beautiful time in the jungle itself, with my newborn baby, the purest environment in the world, in the amazon in a remote and primairy indigenous tribe. I was immersed in nature, but the relationship with my daugther Nuria’s father was not at all what i had hoped for as you can imagine. Before getting pregnant i invested a lot in our relationship already and we both had such high dreams of us being together. In the end i found that everything my family warned me about was actually true. I came back to Holland, and had gone through life changing experiences. I experienced uttermost highs, but also feelings of deepest dissapointment, non transparancy at all to say the least and gigantic skeletons coming out of the closet. But as far as the physical environment goes, I was truly living in a natural paradise in the amazone. Where the water in the river is even still so clean, people can drink it.

Before this love-adventure chapter in my life - which has gotten me the most beautiful gift of all time: my daugther - I was also a dancer and choreographer, world touring with many different dance theater productions. And after this experience I am still performing and choreographing, better then ever. But also: I've experienced so much as a woman, having a relationship with a very primairy man (he is still my daugther's father) and having been fully immersed in nature, living for 5 months without electricity , without water pipelines, purely living from hunting, fishing and planting maniok with my newborn baby in the beautiful rainforest of the amazone, I gathered all my knowlegde: My humongous dance background and now also humongous life experience to empower women, to dance with their natural selves. Their natural energy. I have learned so much of my time in the jungle. Being in a space in yourself which is not overthought, instinctive, expressive, always right. Your feelings & your emotions, without questioning them and allowing your body to give you directions. So herefore I started my Mooncycle Dance Classes. To empower you as a lady to follow your intuition, to not be afraid of your strength and to shine your natural radiant energy.
