Each ROOT session is 2 hours:

A curated, transcendental playlist.
Live movement guidance by Revé.
Rhythms inspired by nature, a womans cyclical nature, tribal amazonian wisdom and modern flow.
You will move through four archetypes:

The Maiden (Spring)
The Mother (Summer)
The Wild Woman (Autumn)
The Wise Woman (Winter)

It will not be choreography.
It will be remembering, awakening.

🌿 There is also a superfun questionnaire where we make the Energy Systema Chart together: the foundation and roadmap for the growth spiral we make through dancing Energy Systema. It includes sharings on the Female Cycle , references to a very primary tribe Revé was so fortunate to live with, moving through the elements, 4 main seasons of nature and Earth's Rhythm.

We'll go through:
