A great friend told me the other day: "You Revé, no matter how tired you are, if you hear a song you like, you jump up and dance and your wearyness seems gone with the wind!" I'll immediately add to that, that one of the reasons I started these Mooncycle Energy Danceclasses is to emphasize that us ladies have not one, but two weeks of our cycle that our energy goes inwards and we have to take rest! But also two other weeks to take actions, get out there and share your beautiful self! The way you can practise these diffferent states of being WITHOUT THINKING about it is, THROUGH DANCE! Like this we immediately implement and let the archetype flow through our body, instead of leaving it as a concept in our minds. The quote is true of my dear friend is true. For me music is one of the most beautiful things we as mankind are producing. I’m super sensitive to rhythm and melodies and can’t help but moving my body if I hear a cool track!” Dancing is so natural for me, but I am also learning to love the different energies that are there for me on different moments during my cycle.
Women naturally don't move the same, 30 days of our cycle, 4 phases which each a different rhythm, different movement, different invitations to embrace the different sides of the whole queen you are. Like the earth with different seasons, all equally necessary to make the most beautiful trees and flowers bloom in their full potential. Therefor I developped danceclasses and exercises to move exactly along and in peace with every specific phase: The Mooncycle Dance Classes.
